Everything Dancing for professionals

Create your dance presence

Create a public home for your dance work. Pick the structure that fits how you operate.

Choose your setup

What are you creating?

Choose the way your dance work should appear on Everything Dancing. Both use your existing sign-in and sit alongside your dancer profile.

Single profile

Professional Profile

One public identity for your dance work.

A public profile for an independent professional, a single club or an event brand. Put your styles, contact details and events together under one name.

Choose this when

You work independently, or your team publishes under one shared name.

Free to publish. Creating and managing events requires paid access.

Create Professional Profile
Connected profiles

Organisation Hub

One parent, multiple dance identities.

A parent profile for a school, association or franchise. Connect the teachers, hosts, clubs or branches that operate within it.

Choose this when

Different people or locations need their own connected profiles under your parent organisation.

Starts as a private draft. Branch capacity follows your organisation subscription.

Create Organisation Hub

A team does not automatically mean an organisation. The difference is whether its people or branches need separate connected profiles. No subscription starts during setup.

Before you start

Do I need a second account?

No. Use your existing personal account. Your professional identity is connected to it, and you can switch between profiles.

When will my profile be visible to dancers?

Review your Professional Profile and choose Publish free profile to make it public. Organisation Hubs keep their existing draft and activation flow.

Which email should I use?

Sign in with your personal account email. The business contact email you add to your profile is for customers; it does not replace your secure account email.

Can I finish on another device?

Once you save your details, your draft is linked to your account. Sign in with that same account on the website or in the app to continue.
